No access code
I’ve recently changed to a Mac Mini and whenever I try to remotely login with Pro LogMeIn all I can see is the desktop screen saver. No dock, hard rice icon or any open windows. I can’t therefore access any files or apps remotely. Any help would be appreciated. It doesn’t seem acceptable that it’s almost impossible to get actual tech support when you pay €200 plus a year for the service??

As long as you have a display physically attached to the Mac Mini device, then you should be able to clear LMI Pro within the Accessibility settings there: https://support.logmeininc.com/pro/help/on-my-mac-why-do-i-get-an-accessibility-access-message
