one time email security code fails to appear

I am trying to login and the one time security code never arrives. I have run mail traces in O365 and it just never shows up. I went to the contact us page and I guess the 24/7 support isn't 24/7 -

Same issue for me over the last 2 days...I just tried a moment ago and no dice...WTH?

    Yes...like our perpetual price hikes, no response to support emails, etc - features.

      I'm back as of this AM (in US).
      Maintenance over the weekend that we were not notified on?

        LomeinNoodles  Raforbessr  allenlbrown  Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

         

        I checked with some folks in operations who were unaware of any communications issues over the weekend.  I'm assuming everything is working now, but please do let us know if something like this should recur again.
