Sorry for the frustrations.

 

Does this pointer change happen to occur with any other applications?

Could you specify what operating system and software version is installed there?

    Yes, it actually seems to be the case in all the Adobe CC 2018 applications I use. I'm on a 2017 iMac running High Sierra.

      Stephaly  Is there anyone at the Host that can confirm the cursor is fine when Pro is disconnected?

        Yes, cursor functions correctly when the computer is being used in person instead of accessed remotely via LogMeIn. Also worth noting, the cursor functions correctly when accessed remotely from TeamViewer.
