Re: CTRL ALT DEL not working

This issue just started happening for us on 10/5/23. All users have the newest client version. Please help. We are using Logmein Pro. Have always had Ctrl alt delete functions for all users.

    Yes. We have 10 machines, 5 users and it randomly happened last week and brought to my attention that my users could not control the machines.

    Thank you for the update, so your user is unable to switch the client back to full remote control?  I will check with our team to see if there have been any other reports of this issue.

    Thanks Glenn. It's not our security software, but we have determined that our users LMI Client has flipped to remote view only fir them (after years of using with full remote permissions). Not sure if a glitch or what, we are using the latest version.
    Sadly, all the troubleshooting articles on logmein pro/goto haven't landed us a resolution.
    All users are set with full remote permissions in all the right places. And we've even tried unistall/reinstall but still no.

    Would love a resolution to this rather than being forced to find another solution for our remote team.
