iPad with Windows command prompt or power shell uses wrong quotes

When I use the iPad to connect to a Windows system and open a command prompt, the key sent for a quote ( " ) is not the same as a Windows quote.  It looks different and Windows does not recognize thi...

    Good news, support was able to solve this.  Thought I would post for future users.  Tested and working now in Excel formulas.

     

    Using iOS 11, a punctuation character appears to be sent incorrectly. This could be the result of "smart punctuation" which is an iOS 11 feature that is enabled by default. You can turn this off Settings > General > Keyboards.
