Remote Printing cannot choose a paper tray
I have Remote Printing working, I can print. I need to be able to choose a paper tray, the Logmein driver does not seem to support that. Any fixes or workarounds?
Hi aetherpirate, welcome to the community.
Unfortunately, our printing assistant does not have that ability, it will just use the current printer settings. Potentially, if you change the tray settings locally for the printer and then try it should pick up the new tray setting.
