retreive a date of file

Hi,

the 700 pc that we control with logmein execute the same software but not the same version. This executable does not appear in the list of windows installed applications. We would like to recover the date of the exe in the software inventory, or create a task which would return the name of the computer and the version of the exe.  Somebody can help us?
