Hi Joanne,

LogMeIn OpenVoice is one of our services, though you would have to be an existing subscriber already, and you'd see some recurring payment history.  My suggestion for the fastest resolution is to call directly into Customer Support:  https://support.logmeininc.com/pro/help/how-do-i-contact-support
