user name and password fail on ipad, but work on PC?

I've lot logmein Pro on my work desktop (win 7)   I was able to login via my ipad pro and my home computer (win 10).  I recently got a new ipad pro .  I get to the screen that asks for the computer...

I tried that,  no dice.  It's weird. I cant log in with any IOS device, tried an iphone and 2 ipads

jakem00 Have you tried resetting the password itself?
