Users keep becoming inactive

Hi,

My subscription renewed last night but when I tried logging on the next day I noticed the users were inactive. I enabled them and the users could get back on but the same thing happened again after about 5 minutes. 

Anyone know why this may happen, my subscription is till 2021 so it all should still work. Thankfully my main admin one doesn't lockout.
