Weird Microsoft Word problem while working through LogMeIn.

I use my laptop to work on a number of Microsoft Word documents located on my home desktop.  Lately, every so often and without my doing anything unusual, typing characters into the Word document sud...

    Is there any resolution to this issue?  We are using Office 365 but have Word, Excel, Outlook downloaded to our PC's.  I have one user in our office who is also having the same issue with Word and is also having problems seeing the ribbon bar in Outlook.

      Have not heard back from LMI since July (though my initial post was in March!).

      dherold52  I'm not sure if the cause was identified.  Has the affected user called into support to fully document the environmental settings?
