Is there any resolution to this issue? We are using Office 365 but have Word, Excel, Outlook downloaded to our PC's. I have one user in our office who is also having the same issue with Word and is also having problems seeing the ribbon bar in Outlook.

Have not heard back from LMI since July (though my initial post was in March!).
Sounds like the issue persists 😞

dherold52 I'm not sure if the cause was identified. Has the affected user called into support to fully document the environmental settings?
