Weird Microsoft Word problem while working through LogMeIn.

I use my laptop to work on a number of Microsoft Word documents located on my home desktop.  Lately, every so often and without my doing anything unusual, typing characters into the Word document sud...

Have not heard back from LMI since July (though my initial post was in March!).

 

Sounds like the issue persists 😞

cmilioti  We are double checking the case work now, and will reach out to grab additional logs if necessary.
