What's the deal with the hike in prices

You are going to lose customers. I don't ever recall this being comunicated, but regardless it's pretty bad.  I know there is a reason you do not allow cancelling subscriptions through your website.

When i started my personal pro subscription it was $99. Then in one year it jumped from $99 to $249. Shocking but I hung in there. Then I get a bill this year and it jumped another $100! Who is running this company? Did you hire John Stumpf from Wells fargo? 

What is the reasoning behind the drastic price increase?

    I used Pro for emergencies  Few times a year and didnt mind the $249. But now over 800?!?! I would have never agreed to this increase.
