When I try to log in using Microsoft Edge, I can connect to your site OK, but when I try to connect to the remote computer, Edge takes over and tries to "help" by logging in again behind the scene. Then I have 2 logins trying to happen at once, and it just doesn't work. I can still use IE-11, and that works fine, but they are trying to kill that - don't know how much longer it will keep working. Any idea how to get Edge to work? Or do I need to switch to Chrome or something? :-(

Hi @Taxmsn20 Chrome is a good bet moving forward, as we have designed most web interfaces for this browsing experience. MS Edge should be fine as well, considering it's also based on Chromium design --- though I can't explain the login behavior, so you may have to adjust the privacy settings there: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4534105/microsoft-edge-configure-your-privacy-settings
