2 factor authentication

We use LogMeIn Rescue and recently we were required to download an app and setup 2 factor authentication on our smartphones.

 

I'm trying to find if there is an alternative to that solution.  I have a handicapped individual that can't use a smart phone so downloading and installing an "App" is not possible.

    jshafer51 Unfortunately the only way to confirm the second step / ID confirmation is through the mobile app at this time.
