Check unauthorized Access
As an Administrator if I have to check if any of the technicians in our organization are committing incorrect practices for fraud or manipulation of service surveys do I have an option to review like a log of everything the technician did on the customer's computer.
For example, customer's issues was with printer driver's and the technician was not able to resolve the issue. Fearing negative feedback he/she used a webpage blocker service on the customer's device to block the survey page on the device from popping up. Can I know/monitor the above misuse of the remote access by the technician if the customer session was not recorded?
