Support more options for bulk deployment of Mac devices

ProCentPM​ I saw that you added a MacOS deployment method with JAMF that uses the .zip I would also Like to see this feature extended to Workspace One Airwatch Deployement as that is what our Company uses for MDM The .zip format is not supported it would need to be a flat .pkg or .app for it to be deployable on Workspace One.  Or alternatively if there is a terminal command that can be run on the Mac to activate the host that would be good as well.
