Change Default User Permission Behavior when adding New Users in LogMeIn Central
I am reporting a security concern in LogMeIn Central related to default user permissions. When creating a new user via: Users > Manage > Add Users the Computer permissions setting under Group/Computer Permission is set by default to: Access all computers in the account This default grants new users full access to every computer in the LogMeIn Central account, regardless of actual need. This represents a significant security risk because it conflicts with the Principle of Least Privilege and exposes customer environments to potential misuse or accidental access escalation. Recommendation: Please change the default behavior so that new users are initially configured with: Specify the groups and computers the selected user can access This adjustment will ensure users only receive access explicitly assigned to them, preventing inadvertent over-permissioning and reducing customer security risk. Given the nature of this issue, I recommend prioritizing this change as a security remediation rather than a feature enhancement. Thank you for your attention to this matter.13Views0likes0CommentsSupport more options for bulk deployment of Mac devices
ProCentPM I saw that you added a MacOS deployment method with JAMF that uses the .zip I would also Like to see this feature extended to Workspace One Airwatch Deployement as that is what our Company uses for MDM The .zip format is not supported it would need to be a flat .pkg or .app for it to be deployable on Workspace One. Or alternatively if there is a terminal command that can be run on the Mac to activate the host that would be good as well.214Views0likes1CommentBulk deployment for Mac devices
Hi, We would like to see the option to bulk deploy the host to mac with the Deployment package we create as it currently exists for Windows devices. Right now we are only able to push the default host app to macs and it always ends up with the Client app installed. Also the devices end up in the default group with no Host preference package. This would be extremely useful. Thanks!868Views0likes2CommentsAccess to remove Deployment tab
We would like to have the ability to use the Ad-Hoc feature but not see the Deployment tab to control the creation of full deployment links. I understand that users still need to have access to deployment feature but being able to hide that tab would remove their ability to create full deployment packages.322Views0likes0Comments
