Another suggestion is a way to push agent updates to the devices in the account. Currently it seems like you have to leave the devices on for hours in order for them to update to the next agent version. There are contractors and other employees who only login for a few hours a day to work and then closing down. These devices are showing as online and reporting everything else correctly, but not updating the agent version. This feature would be great from the unattended admin side.
