I've noticed that my instance of GoToResolve does not pick up any of the duplicate device records in Inventory, even after manually syncing managed devices. Unfortunately, this has led to a VERY cluttered inventory list that I have to clean up by going into old device records and moving all important information over into the new device records.
I feel it would be helpful to have some redundancy with the options to merge duplicate records, by adding the options into the "Manage Devices" panel, under Quick Actions, when selecting multiple devices. For example, in the attached screenshot, a device sync did not catch that the 2 selected devices have the exact same serial number, thus I have no options to merge them with the current implementation. If the merge option(s) were available in this side panel I could easily merge these 2 (and several more) to get a cleaned up inventory much faster.
