When will UK date formatting be uniform within GoToResolve?
When raising a ticket I see due date as dd/mm/yyyy (with no time) but when this call is displayed in the list of open calls is it displayed as mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM
I raised this as a fault but was told UK formats are not supported. Please add this basic function ASAP
