What application were you sharing that could pop-out?
Were you previously using classic GoToMeeting (with the daisy symbol) and it could pop-out and are now on the new GoTo app?

I reviewed your case and have to reiterate what our engineering team stated.
While it may have worked in the classic version for certain apps, it was not expected behavior. We depend on Windows/macOS to capture application windows, so if pop-ups or dialogs show up as separate windows, we can’t display them during sharing. If this worked differently before, it might be because the app itself changed the way it handles those pop-ups.
There was also a previous Labs feature that let you share just part of your screen, which sometimes picked up those pop-ups, but that option isn’t available anymore. There is a request to bring that feature back, and we have been sharing interest with the team. I encourage you to vote and comment on the idea, here.
