Simplified presenter swap - no need to give someone permission to present every time.

Quick toggle that makes it someone doesn't have to give someone present permission every time.

It appears to be a feature that existed at one point in time already: https://www.goto.com/blog/simplified-presenter-swap, so that means it existed for a reason but then also disappeared for a reason.

My hunch is that one needs to be able to have the feature but also quickly toggle it while also not having to go deep into settings or another portal/window to change it. Maybe even an auto detect based on the person and number of people in the meeting...in any case, it feels like it's important when it's needed and another detail/friction when one doesn't.

Maybe some quick conditional rules that one can adjust:

• 1 person in meeting - allow for sharing without need to pass permission

• 2 (or minimal can be adjusted)...need permission to share.

• 3 Can exclude certain people from needing permission to share

Valued outcome: Reduct time on task/friction point; a valued feature that your competitor Zoom already has
