Thanks for the clarification, it helped. It is not currently possible to edit past webinars, but I'm sharing your idea with the team.
It may not fit your needs, but you may want to create a recorded webinar after the live event. This would allow you to create a new description.

Hello KateG,
Previously we had a description of a webinar that was set up when scheduling the webinar, which we then changed once the webinar was over. You can go to our webpage: https://www.edqm.eu/en/-/edqm-training-module-1-general-methods-general-chapters-general-monographs where we share the link to the recording: https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/1989748150242932827 This is from December 2024.
This description has been changed after the event is over, to make it more clear for people when they click on the link, that they have to register to access the recording. This is no longer possible.

For this, I'm not sure how you were able to edit the end previously. Where did you update the wording? Did you do this when you were scheduling the webinar? Any additional information is appreciated. Thanks!
