Safari support needed for GoToWebinar Webcasts - join in browser
I've been told by GoTo support staff that live webinars are no longer supported while using Safari. This is happening since the recent update on Aug 7, 2025. The developers need to update the GoTo Webinar software to support Mac computer users. I have been using GoTo for several years without this being a problem on Mac computers, so for the developers to just drop support for one of the primary web browsers is simply ridiculous.16Views0likes2CommentsTheme Change in new GoToWebinar -Request for White Background Option in Webinar Format Due to Accessibility Issues
I am currently having issues with the dark background. Talked to customer support and their currently isn't a fix for this. The issue is currently in one of the monthly meetings for people with disabilities, a few individuals are having issues with the black theme with white lettering. Is there any work toward having the normal white background with black lettering with the new webinar format? With a large number of participants, the number of questions received can become very high. With the previous GTW version we had the option to modify the description of a webinar after its end, which would allow us to add a sentence such as “Register to watch the replay”. Quite a number of our association members are blind or visually impaired and use screen readers such as JAWS when they are using computers. The screen reader actually reads commands out loud so the user can make selections. They report difficulty in finding radio buttons to opt for the telephone number as an alternative, and they are not able to find the question box easily, raise their hand, etc. Is Citrix working to correct this problem?
