Feature Request: Separate Fields for First Name and Last Name in Meeting Login
I would like to suggest an enhancement for the GoToMeeting product. Currently, when joining a meeting, participants are prompted to enter their name in a single field. As a result, many users only enter their first name, which can create confusion in larger meetings. It would be highly beneficial if the login interface could include two separate fields for First Name and Last Name. This change would help ensure that attendees provide both pieces of information consistently, improving meeting organization and participant identification.Improving the message for password-protected meetings
Creating a password-protected meeting in an environment set to Italian, the suggested message for the user was: "Cerca la password della sessione nel tuo invito alla riunione oppure contatta l'organizzatore". This message was not very clear to the invitees of a client’s event; they suggested a clearer version: "Inserisci la password ricevuta con il tuo invito alla riunione, oppure contatta l’organizzatore".
Safari support needed for GoToWebinar Webcasts - join in browser
I've been told by GoTo support staff that live webinars are no longer supported while using Safari. This is happening since the recent update on Aug 7, 2025. The developers need to update the GoTo Webinar software to support Mac computer users. I have been using GoTo for several years without this being a problem on Mac computers, so for the developers to just drop support for one of the primary web browsers is simply ridiculous.Theme Change in new GoToWebinar -Request for White Background Option in Webinar Format Due to Accessibility Issues
I am currently having issues with the dark background. Talked to customer support and their currently isn't a fix for this. The issue is currently in one of the monthly meetings for people with disabilities, a few individuals are having issues with the black theme with white lettering. Is there any work toward having the normal white background with black lettering with the new webinar format? Does anyone have a fix for this?
Q&A management - delete questions for all organizers and not only for them
With a large number of participants, the number of questions received can become very high. It would be great if the organizers could delete questions for all organizers and not only for them, as well as add the option to make some questions visible to the participants.
Mute sound that accompanies pop-up notification when attendees join/leave
Hello everyone, I have an idea which I would like to share with you. My point is how can I tell who joined the meeting after enabling the access of the person who requested to join. I'm aware that, when a person requests access to a meeting and the access is granted, the person's name will appear among the other meeting attendees after they join; however, how can one tell who has just joined the meeting? In other words, since currently the identity of the person who requests to join the meeting won't be available to the organizer/presenter when they request to join an ongoing meeting, is it expected that the new version/update of the App, at least, offer a notification of the person who joined after they were granted access (e.g., John Davies [or any name] has just joined the meeting)? In my opinion, the point I'm raising here has important implications when it comes to the privacy of any meeting and its content because the way the current App is structured doesn't allow the organizer to control who can or cannot join a meeting. Improve Accessibility with Screen Readers
Quite a number of our association members are blind or visually impaired and use screen readers such as JAWS when they are using computers. The screen reader actually reads commands out loud so the user can make selections. They report difficulty in finding radio buttons to opt for the telephone number as an alternative, and they are not able to find the question box easily, raise their hand, etc. Is Citrix working to correct this problem? If so, when might we expect a solution? We have some angry people.
