We constantly are running into character limit issues for polling questions and (sometimes) answers with our programs. We are requesting this is increased so we do not need to abbreviate or truncate...
I have to agree, the polling questions and answers have a 20 character limit, which is difficult to manage. I conduct webinars on payroll compliance topics, and the small character limitation forces me to abbreviate words in the polling feature. This makes it seem as if we are lazy and don't want to "complete" the statement. I can't tell my audience that this is a limitation of our software. That is problematic, as it makes us look as if we don't care that the audience has to figure out what the question is in the poll.
