Right now when calendar appointments show up, they start with "Go To Webinar" and then the event title.
This is not useful information to the attendee and moves our branding and information to be secondary to GTW.
Please make the calendar appointment titles either editable or move the GTW branding to AFTER the event title.
IzzyJones, just an update: our team is currently reviewing. At this time, customizing the appearance of the calendar invite is not possible, but the team is reviewing it. We will update the Community when we hear more. Thanks for sharing your input and your need for this improvement.

When we register for a webinar that is hosted on Go To Webinar, the Outlook calendar event states: 'GoToWebinar' in both the event Title and Location. This is excessive and clutters our calendar view with irrelevant information rather than the details that actually matter, like the event subject. We have to open the calendar item to remind ourselves what each webinar is actually about, as the extended title doesn't fit in the calendar event box.
Please could the calendar event template be updated so that 'GoToWebinar' is only stated in the Location field and not the event title? Thanks.
