When we register for a webinar that is hosted on Go To Webinar, the Outlook calendar event states: 'GoToWebinar' in both the event Title and Location. This is excessive and clutters our calendar view with irrelevant information rather than the details that actually matter, like the event subject. We have to open the calendar item to remind ourselves what each webinar is actually about, as the extended title doesn't fit in the calendar event box.
Please could the calendar event template be updated so that 'GoToWebinar' is only stated in the Location field and not the event title? Thanks.
