Enable background moderation of Q&A during webinars
At the end of each webinar, I usually go through the questions submitted by attendees. Sometimes, this can be up to hundreds of questions.
To make this process more efficient and professional, it should be possible for a colleague to moderate the Q&A in the background during the webinar.
This person would:
- Remove duplicate questions
- Group questions that cover the same topic
- Prioritise the most relevant ones
As a result, I — as the moderator — would only see the final, cleaned-up list of unique and relevant questions to address live.

Hey Glenn. I know, and we already do that. But it would really help if the co-organizer could group and prioritise the questions. Also, when the co-moderater deletes or answers questions, I can’t see the updates. Therefore, the Q&A tends to be very messy - jumping from one topic to the other.

Hi JobCloud, you can do this already by making a colleague a co-organizer of your webinar. While you are running the webinar a co-organizer can manage the Q and A panel answering questions themselves or assigning them to Panelists to answer. We typically recommend keeping Q and A closed until a dedicated period during the webinar, but either way you can have a co-organizer managing it for you live.
