The microphone feature for attendees should be more prominent. When an attendee wants to speak, they don't know until they've already tried to unmute themselves that they need to change their settings on their device. This causes delays and confusion during the webinar. When the webinar is in waiting mode at the beginning or when an attendee joins, there should be some kind of notification that tells them they need to get their mics ready.
From my iPad I would need to go to settings to enable the microphone but I don't know that until I've already tried to unmute myself to speak and this causes delays in the presentation and feels unprofessional.
We need to make it easier for attendees to interact.
