Multiple Certificates for a group signed up under one registration
We do webinars for a closed customer base. They often will have 1 person at the business register and will watch as a group in the conference room. The customers have requested the ability to receive multiple certificates off the single registration by adding additional attendees to the single registration link.
At least having a list of attendees to create certificates for even if they are not marked as additional attendees officially would be a great feature. All certificates could be emailed to the single email on the registration, but if the person could add emails also, then each could receive follow-up emails separately.

I fully agree with that assessment that the main registrant would hold responsibility. The main goal of the request is the ability to send more than once certificate off of a single registration with different names on each.

As the bulk of the attendees are not registering for the webinar themselves, this would require building a second separate registration system just for issuing certificates and a separate method issuing them since they would all be going to a single email address.
As your client already has someone responsible for registering for the webinars, and they would most likely be the same person who would add the email addresses of the conference room attendees, it would be simpler to have that person take attendance and issue the certificate directly themselves.
