Notifications for recorded video registration

Currently, GoToWebinar only provides notifications for registrations to upcoming Webinars.  But what about recorded webinar videos?

- GotoWebinar provides a shared link to recorded webinar videos.

- These recorded Webinar videos require registration.

- Registrations are captured and available in Analytics reports.

But there is no notification for new registrations. How will you know someone clicked on your link and registered? Manually checking periodically to see if there are new registrations in an Analytics report is impractical.

This seems like a no-brainer to add notifications for new registrations to video recordings.

My request concerns recorded videos that are stored in a channel in Go To Webinar.

In terms of distribution, it would be a great added value if these saved videos could also be used via functions for the automated sending of e-mails.

As it does not make sense to rely on live webinars for reasons of resources, but also for reasons of short-term availability of information, we record them without an audience and store them in the channel.

When interested parties enquire, we send out links and can use the Go To Webinar analysis function to track who has watched the video.

It would be great if Go To Webinar could use the status of a new person who has registered for the video as a trigger to then send automated follow-up emails. The email could be used, for example, to send a thank you for watching and the email content could offer an option for further contact (contact details, CTA on contact form). Ideally, the admin should have the option to set the sending time.
