I saw your support case, to clarify, are you using GoToMeeting or GoToWebinar? Do you happen to know what the presenter is doing when their screen suddenly goes full size—are they sharing their screen?
Could you also let me know more about your setup? For example, are you on a single monitor or using a multi-screen arrangement? And are you running the webinar from a PC or Mac?
I'd like to try and replicate this on my end so I can better understand what's happening. Thanks
