2 way authentication
can we have an option on the portal, that when given a user an option to connect remotely, they shall not have an option remember me, and the user will have to authenticate every time they log in , and we can choose in the admin it shall be done via text message ?

You can disable automatic login, as outlined in this article.How would you want it to work via text message?
