Black screen while connecting to a remote computer

Hello! I am connecting to a remote computer, but once i log to it shows a black screen where i cant do anything.

 

If i do a print screen and paste it in a document, it shows me the content.

 

What should i do?

    Can you please provide some more details about the computer you are connecting to? What operating system and version of the operating system is being used?
