I set up an trial account using my email address for a test. Since it looks like we're going ahead with deployment, is there a way of transferring the account to someone else or do we need to set up a new account and redeploy to our test computers?

I'm afraid we don't have an easy way of transferring host computers between accounts or merging two separate users together right now. I am sorry about that, and the best way to move forward would be to re-register those hosts to the new account once you are set up again.
