Connection speed slowness

Hello,

Some of our Logmein users complain about slowness.
They report that the connection speed slows down a lot when browsing the web or when processing the programs they use.
Even if we reduce the resolution quality from HD, the slowness problem persists even if we reduce the resolution.
Is there anything you can do for this

Is there anything similar about the affected computers? Are all the computers in the same place? What type of computers are they using?

Yes, we tested the areas in your article, no results.
This situation is specific to users in a department in our company.
there is nothing similar on the computers. All users have the same computers that they connect to.
They're connecting from their homes.
The computers they use are the same, 10 windows, 2 mac computers.
Occasionally we get information that there are frame skips of 2-4 seconds in the connections of the users.
They stated that these slowdowns occur while browsing the browser or while processing in the programs they use.

@trkvzmdy thanks for getting back to me and for your troubleshooting. 

 

There isn't currently performance issues with Central so It's difficult to say what may be occurring with multiple different machines, as the  connection speed is not determined by the host.

 

If it continues to be an issue, you may want to open a support ticket so someone on our team can take a look at the individual machine set-up and performance.
