Hi we are creating a NOC dashboard that show very simple device status like Computer Offline, High CPU, etc. This would be based on the existing alerts we already have setup. The goal is for people to periodically check the dashboard to see what issues are CURRENTLY happening. We're not interested in seeing what happened yesterday, last week etc.
Questions:
1. Is there a way to create alert/report table ( I don't want a graph or pie chart, etc) based dashboard that can show near-real info like "Computer Offline"?
2. In the Alerts section, we are seeing that "Return to Normal" does not appear to be functioning correctly, there are devices that are online that show they are offline. Maybe that's because this is not alerting in real-time?
3. How can we take a custom alert or Alert Package and turn the results into a alert/report table?
