I have the same problem as slave2fishing, only the link comes up blank for me. When I open it no phone number is shown, and I can't choose a different country either. (The list won't come up or it is empty).
I tried opening a ticket, but it vanished or closed the next day.
Is there any other way I can write to them outside calling the US number?

I don't know why they don't just put the number on the stinking website. Must be to busy counting money to answer the phone.
