User Audits

Hi there.

 

How do I read logs of what a user is doing with logmein? One of the addons I have is reporting, but it seems very limited to what it reports on user audits. The local HOST installs have some reporting but hard to read and they receive a constant error, "Logger - The NixSyslogWriter disabled" so not sure what that is.

What actually can I do with the logmein user audits that's useful to track user activity?

    Hi pardue, Welcome to the GoTo Community, 

     

    NixSyslogWriter references a function that would not affect customers. 

     

    I think the best recourse for you would be to join an ask the expert call, which are held every Wednesday. You can follow this link to register. There are also trainings available that may help.
