Solved: Using remote MIC on MS teams

Hi All,

Unable to use the remote Mic for MS teams meetings- I can hear users when the speak so the headset seems to work but they can not hear me when I speak?

The Mic is enabled and i have allowed access to Logmein in privacy settings this is a win 10 device.

Anyone know if the remote MIC is allowed or maybe better to do teams meetings on the device I am physically using?

Hi @fran101, welcome to the community.

We only support hearing audio from the remote computer so you will need to run MS Teams on the device you are physically using.
