View hidden directories

All users can see c:\Program Data and c:\users\{username}\appdata on their machine, however those folders are not visible when accessed with the LogMeIn File Manager. How do I enable the ability to see all folders on the remote computer?

    Hi dribble12,

     

    In the remote computer panel of the File Manager window right-click and select Show Hidden Files

    Ah, it's a hidden feature! In the decades I've used LogMeIn I don't think I've ever needed to call on the right-click, but I will check it from now on. Thank you so much for the tip.
