    Two new IP blocks for GoToConnect:

     

    GoTo Connect Block 8 78.108.124.0/23 255.255.254.0 0.0.1.255
    GoTo Connect Block 9 68.64.0.0/19 255.255.224.0 0.0.31.255

    GoTo server / Data Center IP addresses for use in firewall configurations

    IPv6 addresses space

    Assigned by Block Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) format
    Block 1 2606:CB00::/32
    Block 2 2a0e:bd00::/29

    Hi LukasLue,

     

    Yes, this is still accurate. A recommend (but not required), Port was added and an update to this thread was scheduled.

     

    Outbound 3478 TCP

    UDP 3478

    Recommended, used by the GoTo app for media connectivity to the TURN servers

    Is this post still accurate? The "Allowlisting and Firewall Configuration" says: "Article last updated: 31 January, 2023" but there were no post in this section.

    Block #8 under the GoTo Server list was added and will apply to the following products:

    • GoToAssist Corporate
    • GoToAssist Remote Support v4 and v5
    • GoTo Resolve
    • Pro
    • Central
    • Rescue
