Is Anyone else getting this message? I seem to be getting it randomly throughout the day. If I click Ok, the sessions open gets 'Timed Out' and closed. I am using the desktop app.
Yes, we have been receiving this repeatedly since the last update. It is causing havoc with our reporting as we don't get the chance to enter any notes when it decides to close the session.
Have you seen this message in the last few days? I believe we released an update to correct something that may have been responsible.
