GoTo Resolve: Endpoint Protection Add-On Enhancements
Enhancements include better installation reliability, easy identification of devices without EPP, installation on multiple devices, and transparent installation status.
Windows Update Policy (Beta)
Automate patching activities with rescheduling, reboot options, filters, and more. Expect ongoing improvements to be released throughout the beta phase.
GoPilot: Helpdesk Integration
With GoPilot, you can ask about tickets and access Helpdesk-related information. You don't have to be on the Helpdesk page to ask your questions; ask GoPilot from anywhere within the console.
Ticket Auto-Completion
Powered by AI, email-generated tickets are now automatically filled with missing information for more detailed and actionable entries.
JIRA Integration
JIRA users can link their GoTo Resolve account and access GoTo Resolve functionality from JIRA tickets.
Freshdesk Integration
Freshdesk users can provide remote support to end users directly from Freshdesk by connecting their GoTo Resolve account.
Asset Ticket Linking
A new view in the Ticket Editor’s Related tab called Assets. In this view, link any asset present in the inventory to any ticket.
Server support for GTRe Endpoint Protection Add-On
You can now install GoTo Resolve Endpoint Protection on Windows Servers
