Hi GoTo Resolve community!

 

I am happy to be reconnecting with you all for another exciting community update. In recent weeks, the GoTo Resolve team has been hard, bringing a range of fresh and enhanced features.  There is something special in store for everyone in this update!

Here is a summary of the updates launched recently:  

 

 

Introducing GoTo Resolve’s Endpoint Protection Add-On, Powered by Bitdefender

 

GoTo Resolve Endpoint Protection is a powerful addition that is designed to provide comprehensive protection for endpoints, keeping devices securely up and running.

Key Features:

  • Easily deploy to all managed devices, right from the GoTo Resolve console.
  • Monitor and detect advanced threats – all in one centralized dashboard.
  • Run quick and full scans, protect against new malware and viruses, add firewalls against network-based attacks – all with minimal impact on system performance.

GoTo Resolve AI-Powered Remote Execution: Open Beta

 

If you have not tried this already, GoTo Resolve’s AI-Powered script generator is now available in Open Beta! With this feature, it is possible to easily execute remote commands, using simple, natural language instructions. Try it out! Spend less time writing scripts and more time focused on work at hand.

GoTo Resolve MSP Dashboard

 

This new Dashboard is specifically designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). With this Dashboard, MSPs gain immediate access to real-time data and metrics for all sub-accounts in one place.

  • Easy Navigation: By selecting an account in a widget, navigate to the selected company and corresponding product feature to take action immediately.
  • Customizable layout: With the widget-based design, arrange and customize the display of key metrics.

Setting Business Hours and Turnaround Time to Helpdesk Services (SLAs)

 

This latest feature will support IT Admins in streamlining support processes with defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements). From GoTo Admin, it is now possible to define opening hours to helpdesk services as well as standard turnaround time for ticket resolution.

Remote Sound

 

With Remote Sound, IT agents can remotely access the audio on an end-user’s device. A new toolbar button is now available, which opens a stream from the remote computer and plays the audio on the agent’s device. With this feature, IT agents benefit from a new tool to elevate remote support capabilities and streamline troubleshooting.

 

 

Ending Processes Remotely

 

It is now possible to end processes running on a remote device from the Quick View panel.

Other Releases:

  • The Navigation Bar has a new look, with a Devices Menu that can be opened and collapsed. From there, users can easily navigate to remote execution, updates, endpoint protection, and alerts.
  • Refreshed Devices Quick View Panel interface
