How can we disable the downloads of the recordings for non administrators? All of the GoToAssist users can now download the sessions of all of the other users!
Currently, with GoToAssist Remote Support all Experts can view recordings and run reports. We have been adding more user feature control so I will make this an Idea for consideration.
