Can an agent access the computer remotely without the user’s permission?

Is the user informed that a remote access session is happening? Can they block the agent from having access?

Hi @SJ12345 

 

Only if the client let's you set up Unattended Support during a regular support session. When you connect a notification is displayed on the client's screen letting them know you are connecting and they have 20 seconds to decline the connection attempt.
