GoToAssist 4.6 Build 1624 - Starting

Hi Community


i have a number of sites set up with G2A Remote Support.
All of a sudden, all the nodes from one site started to fail with the error showned in the Title.

Steps so far;
- reinstall agent (with and without the G2A removal Tool)

- revise AV/Firewall (trend micro worry-free busienss standard)
- disable hardware and software AV/Firewalls

- review whitelist and exceptions based on G2A documentation
- Roll back to previous build 

there are some errors recorded in the event log which i cannot make sense of.
